We are enjoying beautiful weather in Philadelphia. The first crispness of autumn is in the air, and the afternoon light is golden. Sister Cities Park is a charming site in the heart of Philadelphia. It was recently redesigned to include a new fountain, boat pond for children, and a garden inspired by the landscape of nearby Wissahickon Valley. I perched on some boulders to play Syrinx, with a little stream winding down to the pond below. I was imagining myself in the woods rather than the city.
